Chicken salad, paired with most meals gives you a great taste!!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt or sour cream, celery, red onion, and grapes.
- Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
