Needed Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • Cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or crushed nuts for coating

Direction

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir the chocolate and cream mixture until smooth and well combined.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once the mixture is firm, use a spoon or a small scoop to portion out the chocolate mixture and roll it into sticks.
  7. Roll the chocolate sticks in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or crushed nuts to coat.

Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
