- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, and melted butter.
- Stir in sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring until just moistened. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
