Creamy Chicken Salad

Chicken salad, paired with most meals gives you a great taste!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt or sour cream, celery, red onion, and grapes.
  2. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
